Delivery And Tracking
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and take between 5-10 day to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also postal and logistical delays that are out of our control due to Covid-19 and other restrictions.
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.
We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact customercare@redridinghoods.com for assistance for all damaged Items.
We currently deliver to the United States only.
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid additional charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.
Our products are shipped directly from the United States. They’re manufactured all over the world to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
Order Changes And Cancellations
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Order Returns And Exchanges
We understand that sometimes your dream item did not end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s) minus a 20% restocking fee, damaged items are excluded. Please review our full return policy below. Returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.
To bring our customers the best possible pricing and due to the speed at which our products run out of stock, at this time we are ONLY able to process RETURNS as STORE CREDITS ONLY, we do not currently offer an exchange service. Once your return has been processed you may place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.
